Lecture Note Submission

The lecture note submission due is by July 5 (Mon) and you can modify your lecture note on ‘My Page” by the submission due.

Submission Form

  • Refresher Courses
    Below MS-Word 1500 words, 10 font, maximum 6 A4 pages, attachment of the tables and/or images allowed.
    (If possible, please attach 10 main images to help the participants’ understanding.)
  • Other sessions
    MS-Word 10 font, 2 A4 pages or less, English, Attachment of the tables and images are NOT allowed.

How to submit

  • 1 Log in with your ID & password.
  • 2 Click “Lecture Note / CV Submission ”.
  • 3 Follow the whole steps, and click “Submit” button to complete your submission.

How to modify

  • 1 Go to ‘My Page,’ and click ‘Abstract Submission.’
  • 2 Click ‘Step 2 Lecture Note Submission’ and modify.
  • 3 Click ‘Save and Next,’ and click ‘Submit’ in the next page.

CV Submission

You can submit and modify your curriculum vitae by July 5 (Mon).

How to submit

  • 1 Submit your CV at the last step right after the lecture note submission.
  • Curriculum Vitae
    MS-Word maximum 2 A4 pages, English

How to modify

  • 1 Go to ‘My Page,’ and click ” Abstract Submission”
  • 2 Click ‘Step 3 CV Submission’ and modify.
  • 3 Click ‘Save and Next,’ and click ‘Submit’ in the next page.

Registration

The registration due is by July 21(Wed).

  • 1 Sign up on the congress website, and log in with your ID & Password.
  • 2 Click “E-Registration” on the “Menu”.
  • 3 Click “For Invited Speakers” button.
  • 4 Complete the E-Registration form.
